Returns and exchanges - according to the law - products that alone are worth more than NIS 50
In original packaging and within 14 days of receiving the order together with proof of purchase
The product must be at the same level of pefection and aesthetics as it was received from us

The product must be well packed, at least - like it was packed in the store.
A product that is damaged on its way from the customer to the store as a result of it being packaged improperly - will not be refunded.

On products that are not associated with the "Clearence sale" category -

free returns - up to 14 days from the day of receiving the products and full refund!

In addition, there is an option to exchange for free.

We try to update inventory as much as possible, but it is still possible that there will be a mismatch between the inventory shown on the website and what is actual stock.
In case that the product is not in stock, we will inform the customer and the customer will be able to receive a credit or refund of his choice.

Customers who abuse the terms of use and/or the service of "Everything for Home Education", will not receive service and their orders will not be approved.

"Everything for home education" - may stop a promotion and/or change the terms of the site at any time without harming customers who have already placed an order under previous terms, their orders will be honored as it was written in the terms at that moment.
